Customer Change Requests

This page contains a number of automated forms to change your personal information in our customer database. These requests are processed automatically, and are usually completed by the next day. You will receive a confirmation e-mail of the change within 24 hours. Use the links below to find the right form:

If you requested removal from our mailing list in the past, then your e-mail address was permanently deleted from our customer database for privacy reasons. If this is the case and you wish you submit a request below, you must first submit an e-mail address change request (leave the old e-mail address blank).

E-mail Address Change

Use this section to get all of the permanent registration codes for the products you have purchased resent to you. The codes will be based on the e-mail address and/or Palm hotync id we have on file for you. If your hotsync id has changed, please complete our hotsync id change form first, then return to this section after you have received your confirmation e-mail. If your e-mail address has changed, you need to complete our E-mail address change form first, then return to this section after you receive your confirmation e-mail.

E-mail address:

• Must be the same as the address provided when you purchased the software.
• This address must be currently active. Use our E-mail address change form first as necessary.

E-mail purchased supplementary attachments

• If you ordered products that are e-mailed to users such as e-books or supplementary databases, checking this option will resend those items as well.
• E-mailed products are sent as zipped attachments, which can be quite large. Make sure your e-mail address can accept at least one megabyte attachments.

Use this section to get new registration codes sent to you based on a new hotync id. This only applies to our Palm OS products. Note: once you have changed your hotysnc id, the old registration code is deactivated and will not work in future versions of the products you purchased. If you want to run our software on more than one Palm device, you need to purchase additional registration codes (visit our store).

E-mail address:

New hotsync id:

• You can determine your hotsync id as follows: open the Palm product you purchased from us and select 'Register' from the Help menu. Tap 'Register now'. Your hotsync id is shown in the lower left beside the 'HS id' label. Do not enter the quotation marks that are displayed.
